  1. wish my knees weren’t screwed up so I could have a go on the new RR.

  4. Looking forward to a test ride. Stunning value.
Hopefully the brakes are as good as the Brembo equivalent.

  5. Looks very nice :)
Is it only me that finds the seat narrow at the rear? 1/2 of my posterior would be on the plastic trim when cornering. The Yamaha R1 seat is narrow at the front but gets very wide at the rear, hence provides good support.

  6. Yeah back end looks very gsxr.

  7. I think they've done a cracking job, not sure on price but I think I've read it's expected at £15k with a 3 year warranty.

Apparently all bmw Motorrad will come with 3 years warranty from now on

  10. If it’s a garage queen doing only a few thousand miles per year I’ll take the Pani. The BMW and Supernaked would be my choice.

  12. I've got a deposit down on one of these since it would work as a race bike down the line which the Ducati wouldn't. I'm still getting very naughty sexy thoughts the more I see of the damn V4R though, it looks incredible but soooo much money and too loud to ride anywhere other than the middle of a Spanish desert! (or Mugello :) )

  13. There is a bike show out here this weekend, I'm looking forward to seeing it in the flesh as well.

  14. Base model at £15k is still bloody good, I bet BMW's 'base' still comes with active suspension etc

  15. Or
    S1000rr
    XR1000
    G450X enduro

  16. They have moved away from the squinty eyed front end that reminded me of that one eye plus glass eyes pirate of the pirates of the caribean films, and onto a ducati more transformer angry eyes style.

  17. 3 versions available base model £15,300, sport £16,700and the daddy MSport with carbon wheels & full electronics package £19, 300. I think the M-sport is a bloody bargain at the side of a V4 Pani. It's only a couple of hundred more for an MSport over a base V4.

  18. I watched 44 teeth’s video “everything you need to know” or similar and I reckon it’ll be a weapon, like you say the cost makes it a very capable bike for the coin.

It’s definitely not as aesthetically pleasing as the Ducati, also I wonder what will hold value better, the Ducati is more desirable I’d say.

  19. Are you @royalwithcream?
