Nope. They use the software, but you have to too..! So you do it, then they validate it and submit it.
Mine does it and sends me bit of paper telling me she has done it. I don’t look at or use any software
Not now, buy you will have to for April 2019. Ask yours. Mine recommends Xero but Quickbooks looks far better value
