  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  10. Hey fin, what's this about ? from the home of the gingerhead,

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...ottish-Parliament-new-drive-stamp-sexism.html

Knowing you might not read the link (although I secretly think you always do)

Gingerbread men have been replaced by gingerbread persons in the Scottish Parliament’s coffee shop in case the traditional name causes offence.

The move comes as a strategy aimed at stamping out sexual harassment and sexism was introduced at Holyrood this week after a survey found 30 per cent of women working there believed they had been sexually harassed.

But the decision to rename the sweet treat has not gone down well with everyone.

  11. I did have a quiet snicker at this one on Twitter. Nowt as woke as a woke Scotchman.

  12. Next they will be insisting the gingers must have lgbt coloured icing and their own toilet. How can the land that gave us the ginge, be so anti ginge. Never mind brexit, these are the real issues.

  13. i almost never read links to papers unless its archived.it depends v,much on the publication. anyhoo, no, i didn't hear about the ginger bread men, probably a civil service thing. the same civil service that two unnamed persons have labeled salmond a sex pest. think about that for a mo. you will have read that he has won his first concession from the civil service? if not, what has happened is, he now has access to the unredacted charges brought against him. how can you defend yourself if you don't know who, when or where an alleged offense has occurred?

  14. If he was innocent, he could simply say , "I done nuffink wrong!" (obviously in a pine marten accent).

However, since he doesn't know which particular bit o' nastiness they have him on, he cannot use that defence.

I should not have to explain this to you, finderman.

  15. i think he aint defending himself at the mo, thats next month. what he doing is defending the right to defend yourself fairly, via a judicial review of the procedures set up by the civil service. a civil service he kicked fuck out of.

  17. no, what you where doing is, talking about the snp instead john bull being thrown the scraps. after the uk gov telling ireland to know its place alongside labour telling the snp to know their place. there's quite a tradition of Westminster party's and the class system. even with labour.

  18. If only Salmond could be sure *exactly* what he's been caught doing ...

Maybe pin it down to date and whether it was morning or afternoon? Otherwise it's like searching for a needle in a haystack made up of needles.
