  10. Fire your current shaman and hire someone competent.

    It is your right as a primitive tribe to change the weather!

  11. i'v watched programs about primitive tribes, they generally seem quite happy and content, (as long as nobody crosses into their territory) it's become quite interesting watching you lot regress back to that evolutionary stage. tho it is a lil cringy watching how you express yourselves on the way down. maybe it will be worth it?, sometimes you have to lose something to realize you had it already.

  12. What does your chieftain say? New shaman, or is the old boy network alive and well and living amongst your people?

  13. the chieftain is loosing her grip on our society, mostly because she (we both know which "she" we are talking about btw) has lost her grip on reality.
    the old boy networks are alive and kicking i guess, it only natural to want to be part of a club of some kind or another..... but i suspect your talking about it in the traditional sense, you know, class, peer and patronage, a kind of feudal society thing, that's more of an english invention that was thrown away up here by the people about 700years ago but reintroduced about 300years ago by a small parcel of rogues.
    Fareweel to a' our Scottish fame,
    Fareweel our ancient glory;
    Fareweel ev'n to the Scottish name,
    Sae fam'd in martial story.
    Now Sark rins over Solway sands,
    An' Tweed rins to the ocean,
    To mark where England's province stands-
    Such a parcel of rogues in a nation!

    What force or guile could not subdue,
    Thro' many warlike ages,
    Is wrought now by a coward few,
    For hireling traitor's wages.
    The English stell we could disdain,
    Secure in valour's station;
    But English gold has been our bane-
    Such a parcel of rogues in a nation!

    O would, or I had seen the day
    That Treason thus could sell us,
    My auld grey head had lien in clay,
    Wi' Bruce and loyal Wallace!
    But pith and power, till my last hour,
    I'll mak this declaration;
    We're bought and sold for English gold-
    Such a parcel of rogues in a nation!
    :D

  14. When we pass you going the other way giz a wave (about 2 billion years yeh?) :thinkingface:

  15. gizz a wave? dude, i cant see you going another 2billions years, going by the wrinkles and yer bandy knees, your first billion will be yer last.

  16. I haven’t seen any comment about it in the media.

    I don’t need to.

    It’s obvious.

    Under the last Labour Government they changed the law so that workers accrued maximum rights after 12 months employment. It was previously 24 months.

    One of the first things the Tory / Lib dem coalition did was change it back to 24 months.

    MPs can debate all they like. A Tory Government with a working majority will revoke it when they get the chance to schedule it into parliamentary business and replace it with new legislation. It’s what they do. Leopards don’t change their spots. Feel free to deny history or think it history won’t itself. I base my opinion on what has been the consistent behaviour of The Tory Party. What do you base your opinion on?

  17. I love Joanna Cherry

    Very knowledgeable and educated woman.

    Last week I watched her destroy a Government minister in parliament on constitutional matters. He took such a hiding he ran away while the speaker allowed another MP to contribute to the debate. The debate wasn’t concluded but he ran away because the governments position was indefensible and JC exposed that in jig time. Along the way she exposed him as either a liar or incompetent

  18. It’s funny how the whole world knows what Salmond has been accused of but he doesn’t.
