  3. Unfortunately, because of land/topography issues around here, double garages are as rare as rocking horse shit. And when you do find one they attract a substantial premium for the privilege.

  5. It’s adequate.

    According to the plans the back garden is 17m x 17m so enough to build a decent size orangery on the back, which we intend to do and also big enough to stick a decent sized shed should I need to.
