It's just good practice that if you do take action against a Member ( and he might not have) you notify them of that fact in advance and why - Admin 101.
You have to remember that most of the members on here are the Elite brigade. I do not mean that in a bad way but how many people of the biking fraternity own a Ducati. A small number, due to them being very expensive pieces of equipment. A luxury item. So then maybe a lot of people in that category are slightly strung a bit higher than others. What the answer is to stop the crap i don't know. There is an answer for everything the oracle says. Example. When I have had a few sherberts I cannot stop buying crap on ebay. So my mates have suggested I have a breatherliser fitted to my pc, so when i'm pissed ebay won't work. See there is an answer for all. So someone please sort it out as it's one of the best forums on the planet.
Unless I’ve missed something why all the hate on @everclear It’s not like he’s drank everyone’s beer and shat in the swimming pool. I never saw any unacceptable posts, a few that clearly upset a few folk but nothing that couldn’t have been ignored

I haven't looked at the posts so can't comment on any banning but personally I would prefer it if people want to post "girl with motorbike" shots that they go into a separate section where I can avoid them. My kids are both teenage girls, and over the years this kind of stuff has just stopped sitting well with me. I was one of those who thought "about time too" when F1 stopped using grid girls.
