  7. Buy a Madhur Jeffries cook book and you'll crack it. Can't go wrong, unless you can't follow instructions and they turn out perfect every time and better than the local Indian. :upyeah: Highly recommended from someone who can cook.

  9. That would work. Just a suggestion, add a tsp of ground coriander and 3 crushed cardomon pods as well as the cumin, increases the depth & range of flavours. Also, as someone above, @bradders I think, mentioned, chuck in some grated dark chocolate at the end, not too much, maybe a Tbsp with the amount of ingredients you've got there, it works wonders. :upyeah:

  10. Their recipes ALWAYS work, provided they're BBC recipes and not one some punter has posted up on their site. Jamie Oliver's recipes ALWAYS work as well and are foolproof, regardless of whether you like him or not.

  12. Cheers, I'm tired of eating takeaways and making the same old.
Might try the potato diet. Apparently it's easy and ya lose a load of weight.

  13. i would swap the plain chocolate for Bonneville btw.
make a massive pot of it, enough for a week. once you have had your chili, fry up some peppers, maybe another chili and the seeds, throw in a big big splash of balsamic vinegar and a large spoon of sugar. let it sit for day or two. best served after a day on the slopes.
    man man man.
