Sorry but over rated I know from around my birthplace but ... There's a tour and a movie . I've never seen the attraction on Quo .
... again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again....... breathe .... and ... down down deeper and down, down down .....ad nauseum
I love John Ottway! He's mental, seen Bad Manners, the best band I saw that raised the roof young and old The kinks. They where outstanding. Worked at a few Dr Feelgood gigs ( sad sad news). Maiden I was quite disappointed by . yes Quo are hard working. I sang in the Royal Festival Quire with Paul Rossi . Also a muso like his Dad. I can understand the feel good factor of them . Dont get me wrong I love Chas & Dave!!!! But I could not go and see a movie or one of their shows every year . its the same old chords... Da dum da dum da dum da dum ...., Weeps into her beer . The Damned another band from my home town now they keep going and still going well
That's why !!!!! Nooooo!!! I did not recognise them in TV !!!! i thought who the fecking Nora is that?????? and then I thought oh no not again im not doing the dance either
Was that the Wilko days of feelgood? I have seen the Wilko Johnson band many times over the years but failed to get hold of a ticket For this years farewell tour. Yes very sad that wilko has terminal cancer. I met John B Sparks and John Big Figure Martin on Canvey Island at a hotel while working there.
Seen Quo live twice, brilliant live. These guys seem to have been influenced by Quo, change in style at 4:12 And they are French
You must of seen feelgood in the pubs back in the wilko days then ? My uncle got me into feelgood as a young lad.
Steve Gibbons/Tulane,on the jukebox at the Red Hart in Hitchin... great tune, great, great memories....
You know very well that was Mr Moon.........I was never sure if he was acting or 'normal' in that film AL
It's shame that Quo are known for probably their worst "pop" hits as they have some great rock/blues songs amongst their back catalogue, are a hard-working band and always look like they're having a great time! Which is weird coming from me as I've not even hit 40 yet  This is probably one of my favourites - just ignore the double-denim outrage...
Quo. Not a band whose records I am ever likely to buy. On the other hand, a band I can imagine being a hoot to see for an evening. If they come round my way, and weren't too expensive, I'd go and see them, for a laugh.
The Cauliflower was in High Road Ilford..........I played there a few times.......in the mid 70s and then I worked almost opposite the pub in the very tall building in the very late 70s, early 80s. Yus, I know where the Park was...... AL
