Andy, does it flair up with certain foodstuffs with you ? With me I have to be careful with anything shop bought pastry, if I have something like a pasty or pie in work and then bend over, up comes the acid. This can lead to Barrats oesophagus.
Can't put it down to any one thing as it fortunately only happens rarely. No coffee after mid day and I tend to eat early in the evening to give my digestion time to get a good start before going to bed. I know it's not a reason but my family had a long history of suffering with gastric problems so I guess I'm lucky my problems are few and far between. Andy
Today I took the new "beast" to work... 12 mins to get the 3 miles there... bout the same as the van... all down hill pretty much... Great I thought.. Had 2 cans of beer after work and rode 45 mins uphill home... not felt this sick for a long time... and I t was raining... should have bought a scooter... or stuck with the van... I do however have a new respect for cyclists ... zero... had a smidge before ...
First thing this morning I had swmbo ring me in Morzine, in a panic, to say that our buyer was planning all his stuff for a move on the 6Th February (which would be a ball ache as our new house won’t be complete till around 20th February). I managed to calm her down and told her to speak with our solicitor who said that nothing would happen till he had heard from our buyers solicitor saying that everything was agreed and all the paperwork was in order. And given we owe them a signed document which we won’t give them till the end of the week at the earliest then dates won’t be discussed and agreed till then. On the plus side I’ve had a brilliant days snowboarding with lunch in Switzerland
Trying to assemble my thoughts from a very fractious meeting yesterday so I can write up the minutes. And posting my eBay watch back..!
Doing one of those stupid 'Ten Days, ten photos of my daily life in black / white. No explanation' things on FB. Here's today's effort

When I bought a LazyBoy Sofa from them 5 years ago - I took out the extended WTY too.. all in £6000.... within a few months leather surface was coming off on the seats and where your head rests... They would not do anything.... wear and tear.... NEVER use them or their WTY company again..
