I use the Skyhook all the time. For rapid riding I go Sport with all set to max, raised and stiffened suspension. Touring with a bit more preload for cruising and urban with max power for urban riding. I really love the way you feel the bike changes on throttle response, suspension and steering geometry. Urban feels like "an old rubber cow" (though still potent) and Sport with raised rear (max preload) and stiffer settings raises the rear and sharpens the steering a lot. 2 totally different bikes in 1. Then theres Touring in the middle, making it 3 different bikes.
