  20. Well today I’ve been waiting on exchange of contracts on my house given that my buyer and his buyer were pushing me to move next Wednesday 6th February.

    Well lo and behold there’s a hold up with our buyers buyer and so far (4.20pm on Friday afternoon) nothing has happened, and in my opinion won’t happen today. In which case the 6th is off and everyone can stamp their feet as much as they like cos I’ll call the shots then.
