Any one else addicted to eBay?

  1. I think I may need to seek some kind of rehab or something, I find myself constantly searching for Ducati bits and bobs on eBay, always on the hunt for that termi pipe that no-one spotted or the dp part with incredibly low buy-it-now price. Anything like that.. OMG I JUST CAN'T STOP MYSELF!!! Am I the only one?

  3. Well thats the problem , i have found some cracking bargains on there. Termi for my 749 for £75 and full race fairing (pro-twin one) £175. Got everything mostly I need for the bike over the winter but just can't stop searching for more more more!

  6. I now get all ducati stuff sent direct to my work address rather than home, just so the missus don't find out.......is there an Ebay anonymous???

  7. Yep, I've got it bad too, always looking for that elusive thingymajig at silly money. Never find it tho, but if I don't look I feel that I might miss summat.
    I seem to do better at buying vinyl but haven't worked out a way yet to convert vinyl to Ducati parts. I keep scratching them. Eureka. Vinyl footpegs.
    Anyone now the melting point of polyvinylchloride?
    And now for something completely ....

  10. Since picking up my Monster I seem to be on there a lot. So far in the last two weeks I have won/purchased;

    Full belly pan, painted with brackets

    Ride hight lifters

    Open clutch cover (Oberon)

    Thrust plate and springs

    My missus is now moaning about the number of packages arriving and the postie has done his back in.

  18. I'm always on the bay, buying sh1t I don't really want/need. Just "won" a bagster tank cover, carbon exhaust cover, seat inserts and key surround bling. Now on a Porn-Guilt downer :biggrin:

    My current fave is the 900SS special on there ... I really like the bike (bit Union City) but it says 'one off custom', then you follow a link to a vid which shows two of them! :redface:
