Almeria is on my list of tracks to do. Hopefully get there this year at some point

 

Just finished 4 days in Cartagena (actually 3 as spent day two in a&e with my mate who crashed)
Wanted to use the days to test and set up my new R1, and happy enough with progress over my last ZX10r
Anyway, here’s a few pics and I’ll get a vid up in the next few days

 

Awesome mate, really love the 2CR. I think I’m going to go for one next year if the 1299S sells.
Cracking time at Cartagena too. Think the fastest I’ve seen on a trackday while there was 1:36 which is nuts.
Bike looks great.

 

Brad Ray was there last time I was there doing 36’s on his superbike. Hard to see where I can find another 5 seconds

Not sure which I need more of to match his time, horse power or talent?

 

I usually employ the services of a geologist to measure my times....

Great footage and clearly your line through the three long right turns is late in and late apex. I imagine that means later and harder braking and much more corner speed for a faster exit. I will try that next time, thanks.

 

That’s about the size of it, but I got it wrong more than I got it right

 

I hate watching my videos, I get so angry with myself for stupid mistakes. I beat myself up a bit in this one with the subtitles and it was only day 1!
