?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

  6. Tell me about it ! I doubt if I’ll ever buy another property in the UK again.

All things being equal I’ll just keep this house and rent it out if we move elsewhere until I need the cash to keep me surrounded by nubile slaves when I’m in my vintage years

Promise me you’ll keep that plan to yourself.

  7. Too late.................tax man has seen your post :(

  8. Drat, and double drat.

  9. Judging the economy by house prices is a shit way of doing it.

Rising house prices in a stagnant economy just means more debt........not a good thing. The price of land and property in this Country is a scam.

  10. So why are you gloating on something that hasn't happened? What you want and think you'll get and what you will actually get will be two VERY different figures. I will guarantee that.

There is an element of truth in that statement. Dropping stamp duty will indeed stimulate the market. However where did you get your figure of 10%?

  11. So why are you waiting?

  12. She pops her head up from time to time, rarely makes a difference

  13. Nothing to do with brexit then? cool

  14. Rate of Stamp Duty
    £0-£125,000 0%
    £125,001-£250k 2%
    £250,001-£925k 5%
    £925,001-£1.5m 10%
    £1.5m+ 12%

  15. Only the government can extend article 50 and only if the eu agree. Quite often when you see remainers still struggling to stop brexit, they insist on things that the U.K. government must do whilst ignoring the eu themselves are likely to ignore it.

In many ways, getting to the 29th then walking into wto and free trade will be a benefit for business. I say that because the biggest problem with business is not brexit (although they would prefer a deal very similar to staying in), the biggest problem has been uncertainty and by getting to March and wto/free trade at least they will have gotten to that date, that decision and then they can move onward.

  16. I didn't say it wasn't a lot of dosh, just that your blanket 10% was wrong. Were you involved in the "Leave" propaganda?

  17. i'm not entirly sure why the progressive tax's up here affect house prices down there, but i am confident in the knoladge as to what those tax's pay for, and why in genneral our services are far supierior compaired to rUK. i am also confident as to why AirCon is often wrong
QT made it all v,apparent last week. just the tip of the iceberg.

  18. It did, your taxes are higher whilst telling everyone it is for free, did I win, what's the prize ?
