Finally got the sssa on the 749,slight issue with a bent foot peg mount(previous owner must have dropped it at some point, I'm going to saw it down and make some spacers for the footpeg, lots of modding needed for the radical ducati fairings. Forks are going on tomorrow after a lot of DIY in the garden.
Just been out to the garage, after yesterdays run out my neutral light kept staying on, so into the garage to adjust it, luckily last time i did it about four years ago I bent a spanner to fit, what a pain to get at, it needed shimming out to get it right, third time lucky, If it lasts another four years I'll be happy. Picked up newest member of the family. 2 hour drive Southampton. My daughter has a University place in bristol (where we live) and wanted to move out (meaning muggins would be paying her rent) - veterinary course means she can't have a part time job as the course is too intensive... So.. Stupidly I said "I will get you any kitten you want if you don't move out" now I'm 850 quid lighter but that's cheap to 5 years of rent...
But how’s she going to enjoy the freedom of being a fresher, living at home with pops? I think you’ve just bought yourself a cat!
Lovely sunny morning, took our dogs for a run on the beach then we had coffee at a café on the prom. Home to rest now, baby sitting two of the grandsons tonight.
No idea ( a lady in southampton called Naomi)...although theres linage on the paperwork for 4 generations and 4 of them are show winners...!
Today I have dropped the hire car back after my 2 night Paris trip.. Went to see my niece who was over there competing in a university mediation world champs. 64 teams from 16 countries.. Her team won!! A first for Auckland university in the 60 years the comp has been running. She graduates later this year . She , my 2 lil bros and me went to the Moulin rouge to celebrate.. drank our body weights in expensive Champaign and generally made arses of ourselves .. The show was pretty cool... Great if you like boobies ... lots of boobies!!!!
