Put more miles on the V4 this morning and continue to be astonishrd by the level of performance, having 8000rpm to play with is great fun. Minor regret is the state it’s in now, the roads were clean and dry when I left home but clearly I must live in a micro climate, the state of the roads around Reading were shit and the bike is filthy. Oh well, I needed a job to keep me occupied whilst the Seat gets a cam belt change tomorrow. Andy
Removed fairings for the first time - nice and easy! Fitted my new (secondhand) clutch cover (nice and easy again) - I have two to choose from and went for the titanium one - thanks Ian @bettes Sounds nice and rattly in neutral
Went to the bike show at excel with a mate and my dad . I bought some Alpinestars gp pro gloves, decent day out .
Skype’d my baby girl who’s studying law in Australia for the first time today & I’m already starting to miss her
I spent most of today drawing up a huge "to do" list. Now I've got to determine who exactly is going to do it.
Went out on my Monster 1200R to visit my daughters, one lives in Portsoy and the other lives in Elgin. Good run on the bike.
Apparently, this guy at the Mall was tying his shoelace, and didn't want to play leapfrog - apologies Dude.
I saw an Ad in the local newsagent's today which read " Radio for sale - volume control stuck on "full" - will accept £2." I thought "I can't turn that down"
Good productive day. 1.Washed both the cars (inside and out) even got the jet wash underneath too. 2. Reassembled the the zed...took as much time as the 2 cars put to together...
I've had a lazy kind of a day (interspersed with dealing with a troll). Tomorrow I'm going to the office for the first time in a week and I'm not looking forward to the 2 hour drive there. Tomorrow afternoon I'm having a minor op (hopefully it's minor) on my left shoulder.
