yip, they have been centralizing those jobs in london and the S/E for the last while, pretty overcrowded down there no? yet we still pay our population share on each and every cost to all those services but the income tax/ vat and rental costs procurement ect raised all stay in the S/E. but, who and why would anybody want to come back/ up here and do those jobs?
