Kate Hoey raised the question in parliament this afternoon does eu law over ride u.k. law in regards to this and Bercow said as a matter of general law eu law trumps uk law.

I understand that a number of mp's who are lawyers and barristers led by Bill Cash, are to raise a point of order tomorrow stating that the withdrawl bill means any change from the U.K. to change it's leaving date can only happen with Parliaments and the house of lords permissions after having gone through the votes process, and not through a nudge and wink from the eu. It will be interesting to see what comes of it.
