Enjoying the fabulous weather with a run out to the Apache Cafe at Middle Wallop for a coffee and a chin wag with a mate. I do love my V4, it’s just awesome fun. Andy
Likewise, except my run took me to Crookhaven, on the edge of Europe. Beautiful Except when someone’s having their septic tank/cess pit emptied
we quite often get it around here, slurry being spread on the fields, but at least that smells natural, what was being emptied out of that house most certainly did not smell natural
Noticed a new trend at work today, with peoples putting names to food in the canteen fridge. For lunch I had a ham salad called Denise.
I went to a meeting in Crewe on the Diavel. It was bloody freezing going but really nice coming back I’ve now done 450 miles on it and it performs perfectly!
Had a late evening walk into bled, now supping a beer....the better half arrives tomorrow so I’ll be out till 4am plastered.....not View attachment 151948 View attachment 151954
It’s funny but it does turn heads and when I park up anywhere people want to talk to me about it. Which is nice.
Cut the second hole in the garage tonight after work ready for my I Section The base of the beam will be 2.5 meters off the floor...
I saw one last year in Austria or Italy was a massive Harley Davidson rally on somewhere in Austria, one Guy was on a diaval and it looked super cool ok it was amongst a zillion Harley’s at some services but I liked it and it was not a special one just plain standard black one.
I'm putting a beam in - partly to support the roof which has a large wooden beam spanning 5.6 meters (fitted a modern coated aluminium roof a while back): and partly to have a Beam Trolley and hoist fitted
I’m looking at the picture and the dolly looks slightly off centre but the beam seems to be supported ok, amazingly....I am on my second Union beer though
Able? Have you seen a wooden beam before - we sit tools at work weighing 40 tonne on similar beams and this I section only weighs 175 Kilo Oh, and yes silly
