Where in the world... ?

  1. I have just set my location on the "Members Map", and being at 51 degrees 54 minutes south I think I can probably claim to be the most southerly member in the world - although NZ Dave is not that far north of me... Does anyone else have a geographical "claim to fame" ?

  2. Yes. You can ride up hill and down dale in a pram where I live, without fear of a car hitting you.

  7. @Arquebus - Eh ?

  8. your location on your profile says East Cornwall and/or Falkland Islands. If it just said "or" it would make sense

  9. Fair enough... To clarify - I live in Cornwall and work in the Falklands. It's an 16000 mile round-trip commute : anyone got a longer one ?:)

  10. Location amended... :)

  11. I reckon all that salt plays havoc with your exhaust.....

  12. I have a claim to fame but its nothing to do with Geography

  14. @ Mr. R - Live between Callington and Gunnislake. Ride a Blue ST4 or a matt black 600 Monster in the UK... And the locals are fine, thanks for asking :)

  15. I used to live near Gunny ..
Used to take the dog I looked after from gunny through the forestries by a river and up to Gullworthy.

  16. @ He11cat - It is indeed ! How long ago was that ?

  17. 23 years ago :) I used to walk for miles .. I'd either walk to Gunny or Tavistock with the dog.
we would clear off all day and wander around the forestry.
