  4. It turns out I don’t need to be back home for 5pm after all. I’d still like to be back at a reasonable hour, but a slightly more leisurely start should be possible for the journey home if people want it.
     
  5. I’m booked on the 1206 or whatever time we booked, but long as I’m home by 1800 no rush
     
  6. Not too fussed about the return leg though avoiding the M25 between 4 and 6pm by preference.
     
  7. Hi all, sorry I haven't been more active on this topic, but things have been a little manic.

    I'm still on for the trip and all booked up, so I'll meet you all at the Shell Garage @ 11:00am. I'll be travelling down from Durham area, so if anyone else is heading down from this neck of the woods and would like some company, please let me know.

  11. Failed on the luggage front, cant get on/off with tail pack, so packing 5 days in to a tank bag....o_O

  13. I managed 3 days with a ruck sack in the rain forest you should be fine Bradders :)

  17. I have used a tank bag also for a weekend away on the SS which had a pair of boots jeans a bit of make up my hair straighteners a pair of jeans pants couple T-shirt’s
    I put stuff in the boots like my hair brush they were long boots
    :D

    Except for undercrackers. They’ll roll up small though.
