  1. Took out a beautiful woman to Castle howard & then on to Sandsend in the new toy. It's ok as I brought the tissues just in case.

  5. I’m en route to Bournemouth from Folkestone then up to sunny Leeds, last leg of my little runout to slovenia....dropped the Mrs off at coulsdon she’s on the train and bus back bless her

I went out with the flower shop owner from Castle Howard, she did all the house flowers and had full access to everywhere and gave me a personal tour - she is a friend of the Howards and not an employee and went to all their dinner parties - I didn't last long enough to be invited :blush:

  17. MOT'd the 1299.

    Looked at 2 V4's with chicken strips wider than than the rear tyre of my 916. My 916 leans more on its sidestand ffs.

  18. Started removing weeds in the lawn this morning and said f##k it ,so lawn completely removed and start afresh with new turf:upyeah:
    sneaked off early and got my rideout down to the coast...to my surprise the leathers fitted,,LOL:):upyeah:

  20. The one thing I have noticed with the V4, I am not leaning anywhere near as far as I do on the 1098R, speed for speed on the same familiar roads, which I think could be to do with the 200/60 profile rear tyre (?) Andy
