  3. No that restrictions ended some years ago there might be some used bikes that have been restricted

  4. No the ones I’ve been looking at are normal 150 bhp no restrictions. I live in Spain where second hand cars and bikes are stupid money second hand , actually never thought to look in the Uk. I’ll keep you posted.
