  3. NOS one found and ordered! 851 given a good gallop to Cadwell and back this morning and nothing dropped off... so I think we're calling it a successful weekend all in all. When the sun comes out there's no place finer than Lincs, even with all the doilums on the road. :D

  5. I’m meeting one of the guys from Manchester in Glossop around 9am then we’re heading across to CMC in Chesterfield for 10.30 to meet a friend from Nottinghamshire. Could meet you there.?

  6. We are going to have a ride up to Helmsley as it’s the DOCGB meet. Starts around 1030 so we will likely have brek up there.

  7. I used to go to Helmsley 2-3 times a week when I lived up north and Helmsley was a biking Mecca.

    Then they started charging bikes for parking and the last few times I’ve been there was no one there at all. Sad.

  8. Yep, it definitely had an impact. Not been to the meet up there and I see on Facebook there are usually a few that gather, so it’s an opportunity for a nosy and a ride. Not had Hattie on the back of the MHR yet either, so will be good to know how that works out. Will be a gentle run up on the old dobbin, can’t keep up with the modern bikes on such an elderly motorsickle...

  9. Not been there before so sounds like a good choice of destination to me @El Toro. Hopefully the weather will play ball and I will have a run down and see if I can find my way there without too many wrong turns :upyeah:

    I may be a little later than half 10 though.

    Hopefully see you tomorrow ;)

  18. I'll try my best Terry, don't hang about for me if you're going on from there though... I'm just looking forward to getting out for a trundle and CMC is somewhere I've been meaning to visit for a while...
