Oh 125K shares? That is supposed to be an impressive amount? Six million people signed a petition a several weeks ago, and 500,000+ went to London to protest -peaceably- in person. 125K you say.... Ha ha ha
When playing top trumps, it helps if you have the top trump card 6.5 million you say? I see that and raise it, 17,410,742 VOTES to leave, boom
A bit off topic, but who'd have thought that Huzzah in Latin was 'Sonorum Vincit io'? I only found that out as I've been using the Google translator this morning to try and establish who won an argument in the Guardian comments section, it gets quite feisty in there occasionally as a show of superiority combat Brexit if nothing else is an educational journey Apologies, do carry on chaps
just like the ex tory msp in the audiance that got a fair amount of time to rant on QT last night, along with the soon to be ex, tory councillor. will they never learn.
Interesting you bang on about loosing EU labour when they highlighted on QT that 80% of your direct labour are employed to service the rest of the UK ‘that you for some reason want to leave’ Are you sure you are not stuck in the film ‘Braveheart’
i didnt watch it. but to lose 20% of yer staff/ecconomy. and for what? if you where to watch Debate Night on, funnily enough, Bbb Scot, you would see a v,different picture of scotland.
The Tories will not disappear as @Loz implies. This is because most of the country lacks the imagination to vote for anyone else. It is the reason why seats are described as safe. If the Tory party was really going to disappear it would be almost non-existent in the EU election results. If you ever wanted a meaningless election, this would be it, so you can vote for anyone you like and it will make no difference. I bet the Tories still poll a large number of votes. But in a UK election with first past the post it will be LAB or CON forever.
The Tories are indeed unlikely to disappear. I can hope though, right? That's still OK, isn't it? The cynic in me agrees with much Glidd says here. However, an EU election that sees the Tories hammered to oblivion and the Brexit Party sweeping the board will not only be thought-provoking... it will be frightening for the Cons and Lab. They won't be able to claim, 100%, that they, between them, have the UK in a bag. I await the EU elections with, and I never in my life imagined saying this, great interest. There's a possibility we will see unprecedented results.
Fins right of course, everyone knows the elgins are in the British Museum in London and are under labour red control
Greece couldn't afford the postage bill, the eu, imf and ecb saw to that. Surprised the Scots Elgins haven't tried claiming they are theirs as well, the cheeky scamps
