I had a mock up made of Ducati Vauxhall. Seems the sticker looks wrong due to the length of the second word. Otherwise...
Ok, I have been far too busy, work, part time, poorly missus, life in general. So then, got the front on, most of the disc bobbins are back on, some washers and e clips have gone missing! Off to the bike shop for disc bolts and sundries. Found that some idiot had used a 6mm connector block to join wires together
Scraped and sanded the crappy front mud guard brackets to nearly white again. Stripped and reprayed the rear shock spring until I can afford to take the whole lot the Kais suspension. So that's all greased and set up. Looked at the indicators, seeing as they were grey, they got a sand and a spray
Now the shock is sorted, sub frame and undertray on tomorrow. Maybe exhaust system too. Seeing as it's all shiny lol
BMC do cassette filters and theres a kit. https://ducatiparts-online.com/ducati-bmc-performance-air-filter-kit-748-916-996-998-324-19.html I used this link as theres a good pic of them
The filter goes across the airbox to each airtube. I think it is placed where it is to stop any unwanted articles going down the throttle bodies when tinkering. Nothing wrong with that setup.
The spring is supposed to be Ford antique gold. On my mito wheels, it looks exactly like Ducati racing gold. Not so much on the spring and I didn't have any ohlins yellow! This may change before it gets on the road if it offends!
The tight arse in me saw that and the first thing into my head was 90 degree upvc plumping pipe with a cut out in and use this from our friends at dyson in that cut out as the filter
