Not much, she'll just slowly lose her definition. I go to the gym a couple of times a week minimum and I've always had a decent level of fitness. I'm lucky as I've got a gym at work and a multigym in my workshop. I've had mates into the whole power lifting and body building thing, it's an addiction for them!
I don't think she was ever what I'd call pretty... Big lips and a funny nose... But now she has a face like Pete Burns and a body like a bloke who works out too much holding two beach-balls against his chest !
To be honest - isn't it all really just about how to keep getting publicity ? Jodie does this to herself... Jordan gets married about once a fortnight and churns out more bastards than a tourette's sufferer... I can't stand either of them, or any of the "celebrity" culture rubbish...
I don't really know who they are.... that's how insulated from all this stuff I am. But then, I don't buy any newspapers or magazines any more. I rely on the forum to keep me up to speed!
I think well toned muscles look great (e.g. Kelly Holmes in her prime), but anyone who looks like a cartoon of a person, rather than a person, has gone too far in my opinion.
She's been dedicated to training but its not a good look, there is no sex appeal about a woman having a body like that or a man for that matter.
Sorry totally flaccid! Im in no position to comment as although I do have a six pack and do cycle to work every day, it is unfortunately hidden by a good few years of "the devils urine!" (beer) For a well defined functional body, look no further than for the definitive "diamond cutter" Now if you folks would excuse me!
