  1. Bike is more responsive, picks up faster, brakes better and general better feel.

    Started thinking WTF.
Went on scale 101 pre poop and 100 post poop. 11kg since January. Who's tha man. Only 11kg to go to my lovely firm 90kg. Should be easy.

  2. congrats you've got rid of 1kg of crap and need to get rid of 11kg more  . YOUR FULL OF ! Lucas

  3. Fat knacker

  5. I can give you a run for ya money :)

  6. I know :frown:

  7. It does make a difference! At my lightest of 66.7 kg (70 kg now, but I'm built like a 12 year old, and a short arse) my SS would wheelie off the throttle in first, something most riders on a standard bike don't quite get.

Way to go lukas, its so rewarding when you start to see benefits from weight loss.

  8. Never actually weighed 'poop' but that sounds like one hell of a log, did you inform the water board?...

  11. ... that's what she said :D

  12. You heard it ladies!!

  13. A 1992 study in Gastroenterology found an average of 106 grams a day among 220 UK residents, but with the caveat that "data from other populations of the world show average stool weight to vary from 72 to 470 g/day." The Merck Manual says that Westerners pass 100-300 grams a day.

  14. I had a bit dinner ;) or scale sucks. Like to think the first one is truth.

  15. A truly disgusting statistic, is that the average American has a couple of Kilo's of undigested meat in their colon !
