‘Right wing’, got to get that in at least once in a sentence. Willing to ‘Crash Out without a deal’ always gets a mention.
Don't forget, "Didn't know what they were voting for". As if *anyone* ever really knows what they were voting for (see 2017 GE for proof).
Chelmsford Brext Party 1st, a whopping 40% Sedgemoor Brexit Party 1st 45% That's the 1st 3 results in the EU is going to be run by the Brexit Party
Of interest to me outside of the U.K. The Greek Prime minister based on their results, has called a snap general election for Greece. Given how the Greeks nearly took down the euro 2 years ago, this will be a worry for the eu https://www.rte.ie/news/europe/2019/0526/1051866-greek-pm-calls-snap-election/
Oh, I don’t know. The country voted Tory and got a shower of shite. What was so surprising about that?
I’ve now got this image of you lying in a dentist’s chair in rags with a shower hose jammed into the back of your head. We’ve been waiting for you, Mr Anderson.
Just had Alistair Campbell on the telly saying that Remain parties have won tonight and The Brexit Party has come second. He's using Diane Abbott's calculator I think and totting a load of parties together, plus people who didn't vote, who he claims would have voted to remain. Somehow this proves the country now wants to remin in the EU. He says all this with a straight face and the obligatory talking over anybody who has a different opinion. A man I'd never get sick of punching. On the plus side, it's politicians like him that will only strengthen the leave supporting public in this country. Why can't politicians see this?
How involved did the SNP want to be in Europe?.....no seats?..... I suppose if they did go indie III .... at least they might get A seat at the EU table... and pay for it in Euros.
Sir Ed Davey I think it was, if it weas the same interview I saw. They just don't get what this kind of behaviour will do to public opinion of politicians and drive their vote in a GE.
