Hawkes Inn, Zelah Ducati Meetings

  1. Hi,
    Anyone on here go to the Hawkes Inn once a month in Zelah for the Ducati meeting there?
    I went this month, but nobody was there. The landlord said most ride and since it was wet and freezing.....

    Mind you, he said, the vintage Japanese bike club meets on Sunday, they never ride so they will turn up in cars :rolleyes:

  3. I went to the September meet last year as I was on hols in Cornwall - lovely group of people at the meeting :upyeah:

  4. first Thursday evening meet from 7pm at Hawkins Arms, Zelah from April , also meet for breakfast one sunday a month @ green parrot in perrenporth, just right for you aint it ; ) , will try to get down for breakie one sunday morning, kev

  5. Ha ha. Green Parrot is a 4 min walk for me. Any particular Sunday (e.g 2nd of the month)?
    If not, where do they publish it?

  10. They do have cheap beer there, always a good start point before hitting the Deck, Seiners, Tye or if your feeling rich the Watering Hole. Normally find me propping up the bar in the Deck :upyeah:

  11. Hi, I have just joined the forum and found this thread. I organise the Cornwall DOCGB branch.
    The meeting time and place is: April to October first Thursday of the month, from 7pm,. Hawkins Arms, Zelah, TR4 9HU. Just off A30 around Truro.
    April to October, Third Thursday of the month (weather permitting) evening ride-outs from Hawkins Arms, Zelah. Depart 7.15pm. November to March, First Sunday of each month breakfast meet at The Green Parrot, Perranporth, 10am.

    There are other ride outs and events we attend throughout the year.

    It would be great to see you at a meet.

  15. Hi Kev, yes we start the evening meets when the clocks change and we get lighter evenings. But there will be some breakfast meets and ride outs throughout the year.
