@AirCon i was wondering if you where cool with me responding to this. you gonna be ok with it? exe. the legislation to hold the next reff starts this week. it will pass. there is a majority of MSP's elected on an indi ticket. there is still a 62% remain vote. labour, liberal and tory votors supoort indi. on sep 2014, before the shitstorm the figure was 54%yes before the "vow". softly softly catchy monkey. chill.
So the SNP is diminishing then, didn't you get about 90% in a general election a while ago and now your down to 38%
What legislation fin? Are you confusing the snp talking amongst itself and saying aye, aye, aye as legislation ?
Co leader of the Greens has just said their rise is due more to Climate Change and peoples worries about that rather than Brexit
A recent resolution at Pagham Parish Council decreed that leaving the EU would mean no more very pleasant Polish girls serving chicken at the Shripney KFC and that Pagham would not be standing for it. I tell you, there was a very hostile and rancorous atmosphere at the meeting. When I said that we could scour the Parish, perhaps raiding into Aldwick's and Lagness's territories for Polish girls - because leaving the EU did not mean that we would be throwing out our EU visitors - I was driven out of the meeting hall with shouts of "Heresy!" and "Burn the witch!" ringing in my ears. That Scottish council up thereabouts, they sound terribly meek and tame by comparison. Jut sayin'.
If I had a vote, I’d have a hard time voting for any party that had Anna Soubry in it. Can’t stand her. And Chukka always seems totally humourless. Don’t understand what their points of difference are with the LibDems. Does anyone know?
They are desperate to raise their profiles in their own constituencies so that, come election time, they stand a chance of keeping their jobs. Beyond that, any analysis of their motivations is pointless. They stand for nothing except themselves.
Indoors, there's no sense of danger nor anticipation. Warn all you like, I won't stop until I'm stopped.
in the uk's FPTP system, yes. thats 40% more than the iron (pig) lady conceded was required to start negotiations. 38%in a PR election. +greens, plus the smaller indi partys vote share at holyrood elections with weakening resistance from labour, about 40% of labour votors suport indi. but i do accept, 40% of not a lot, aint a lot. with a gradual move towards indi from a previous labour First Minister. it aint looking good for the union, unless they change their ways, of course. ie, find a compromise position for scotland.
Alister Campbell is getting loads of airtime due to our diabolical political remain media. He just said Nigel Farage must be secretly disappointed by his results But for balance here is a true fact for you: Brexit party are now the biggest party in the whole EU council with Merkel in second place
I can't find details of individual sub area results but from what I was seeing as they reported them last night the Brexit Party would have won more than 90% of the country!
