  8. Nearly got our kitchen roof 1/2 waterproof.... and then the rain started.....
    Tomorrow is another day... should have it finished by Friday.

Hedge cut for the second time around & ready for the sale board in a couple of weeks time,ordered up 9 more turfs for friday morning to complete the new lawn,Popped into my local and booked up for new belts etc in four weeks time (busy boys & girls),they had a very nice 749R upstairs but i think it might be sold.

  15. Packed and ready for the off. Couldn't face the M4 and M25 at 5am tomorrow so we are staying in the Sofitel at Heathrow T5 tonight. 8am flight tomorrow morning so hopefully lunch in Florence about 1pm. Definitely excited now, been a long time coming since my birthday in January. Andy

  16. Packed and ready to head for an overnight stop prior to catching IOM ferry.
    Bike is well loaded with tent etc. Me and the better half only going for 6 nights ,but looks like a RTW expedition :joy:
    The temperature on the freezer denotes how bloody cold it feels in Aberdeenshire today :cold_sweat:

  17. I’ve just checked the rucksack I’m taking to Italy on Friday. I’ll check it tomorrow and Thursday night too just in case something has jumped out in the meantime.

    It does feel as though I’ve forgotten something though. :/

  18. When I booked tonight's hotel, I was offered a discount for the restaurant and the taster menu. OMG ! Decided to do the optional wine pairing too and wow ! So far, absolutely blown away :D Andy
