I once saw a sign (40 years ago) on an army base saying "it is an offence to throw stones at this sign"
theres a place called "cocks" nr newquay, also "brown willy" , immature people laugh at stuff like that, guilty as charged! ; )
They've since changed the name to Cox, though on most of the signs you can see that it used to say Cocks
