On the edges of that there London, feck jellied eels, you may as well ask a Mohel if he has any spare foreskins to chew, yuk. Now, pie and mash and liquor sauce is another matter
A pint of beer in the bar, a glass of bubbly with the Amouse Bouche, 6 glasses of wine and 2 glasses of a good late bottled vintage port and it's a wonder I've managed to post Had a fabulous evening with my bestest friend so hang the cost. Andy

Got the corroded and seized starter motor off the boat engine going again. Corroded and seized because the boat sank in a storm a couple of years back and after being retrieved it languished in the boat yard, but I'll get it going again. Before.
Our decision to stay in the Heathrow T5 hotel last night paid dividends for the flight this morning. We were able to check in and drop the bags at the BA desk in the hotel and wonder across the bridge into T5. Shorter flight than to Barcelona but then it started to go down hill. Europecar are rubbish, stood in a queue for 45 minutes and then my pre ordered and pre paid car wasn’t ready. Then it all fell apart, what should have taken about 90 minutes, 5 hours later we pulled into the hotel car park. Garmin sat nav was shit. Anyway, been out for a great street food meal, had a few beers and now ready for bed. Andy
Tried to buy a car radio on Ebay it was £111.14 or make an offer. I offered £100 and the seller sent me counter bid of £111.00. 14 pence reduction taking the piss.
Just had a call from the hospital..........I'm now booked in for my shoulder operation on Sunday 9th June :/
First full day in Florence today and what a city. Done a bit of sight seeing but just generally chillin' on food and beer. In hindsight (which is of course perfect) I'd not have contemplated driving - ever again Turns out the public transport is fantastic, cheap and easy. Got train tickets for Mugello and will do the train to Borgo Panigale on Monday. Hoping to catch at least one forumite, @El Toro, at the track. Can't believe we've only been here 1 day, the city already feels familiar. Andy
