...Suzuki and other brand forums have the depth and breadth of knowledge and experience to worldly things as people appear to on here? Learn something new everyday
Knowledgeable about what? I guess as long as there is humour, reasoned debate or information exchange, all forum posts are valid.
well we could suggest you buy one, find out and report back  I'm sure the are just as self opinionated and I don't expect their spelling to be any better I've heard the R1 forum is full of knobs but that's how rumours start
Everybody has an opinion and everybody is an expert. Only a few people ever really know what they're talking about thou. Just like any pub in the world
seems there is a lot of professional / ex professional on this site, maybe i dont pick up on other sites, as maybe they dont have such in depth discussions on lounge topics or the knowledge, also its to do with the age group i think ( sorry, except the girls they seem to be youngins) , personally i enjoy reading peoples comments, you learn something everyday, and its nice to learn something about things you know nothing about, quite a lot in my case ; )
There is such a long list of subjects I know nothing about (including music, fashion, animals, Scotland, camping, football, the Bol d'Or, etc etc) so I make it a rule never to comment on those topics. I also try to avoid repeating conventional, stereotypical opinions; better to try and contribute some different perspective or extra facts to a thread if possible. If a subject pops up on which I am an expert (like the Court Martial) I contribute as much as possible. Do others follow the same practices, or the opposite?
i know everything.you can ask me anything,i will give an answer to it.GOOD chance it will be complete tosh.but in my mind i'am correct(and thats the main thing).
This forum offers me escapism much the same as going out on my bike does. I find everyone to takes me on face value. No body cares what I do for a living or how I live my life. To the forum I'm the real Troy with no persona. I like it and have learnt a fair bit. Also its started to improve my spelling ;-)
