Went to the funeral of a good friend today well this weekend actually. Funerals are long drawn out affairs in the west of Ireland unfortunately involving much alcohol . On a lighter note, and I want no ‘sorry for your loss, unhappy dislikes’, clearly trying to save money by digging a grave yourself for your loved ones is a serious problem out here
Just returned from 12 nights in the USA on a roadtrip. I always feel that sex is better when you go on holiday. Next year, the wife wants to go with me.

Thankfully the only real mishap so far on this trip is that one of the guys (who is also riding a new Diavel) had his shock shit itself just before we got back to the hotel on Saturday night. Anyway yesterday whilst sat in the Ducati grandstand yesterday who happened to be stood near to me for about half an hour but Mr Ducati himself, Claudio Domenicali! So a quick nod to our group leader from Ducati Manchester who then came over and had a chat with Claudio and lo and behold Pete’s bike will be fixed at the factory when we go today How’s that for service
Bought a cheap car and am now tickling the lil bits that need doing that helped make it so cheap. Water in the boot turns out to be the rear wash wipe hose had split but they run it under the roof and between it and the headlining. New hose fitted and all sorted but my hands now smell of fresh rubber and reminds me of a long weekend in Amsterdam and a girl named gretta
