Anyone fitted a 180/60 to an 848?

  1. I have been offered some Rosso Corsas that were fitted to a 848 Streetfighter and I'm wondering whether they will fit ok to my 09 848 which at the moment is on a 55 profile.

    If they do fit has anyone used them? and if so is there much difference in turn in etc compared to the stock 55 profile?

  2. I run a 180/60 on my 748. Its taller, feels more stable on the side (on my trackbike), only downside is that it but buggers up my settings as you need to adjust the chain to stop hitting the exhausts!

    Gets my vote though...

  3. Didn't realise SF and Rep 848 had different tyres, same wheels???

  4. Im running BSB 180/60 Pirelli Diablo Supercorsas on the road and feel very good, just cant fit a rear hugger lol

  5. As Andy B said on another thread, cant you 'reverse' the hub so its at the lower position and get more space between rubber and hugger?
