  5. its nuts, you will be scared shitless for the first days and a half :)

  6. It's as bumpy as hell, imagine Castle Combe but with road works. They really do need to get it resurfaced but as many circuits are at the moment, they're skint.

  7. The last couple of rights coming onto the start finish straight are awsome, if you don't run on at the medical centre hair pin at least once your not going trying hard enough. Enjoy Dave, it's awesome, good hotel as well, Loads of places to eat within a few hundred mtrs.

  8. your right, it has got very bumpy compared from my first visit 4years ago
all those mini earthquakes cause havoc on the tarmac (the road from the mway to the track is pretty bouncy now too

  9. It's big and it's scary and it goes up an down!

  10. Great circuit, bloody hard to learn it'll take you at least a day to remember where the corners go due to the blind entry to a lot of them.

I went when it first started doing Trackdays so it was silky smooth, sounds like its worse for wear now though.

  11. its not really really bad, but there are some unwelcome bumps on the best line in some very fast corners

its still my favourite track so far (although jerez and aragon also rock my world)

  13. Has Johnny Egan got his Blade with the slashcut minimalistic exhaust out with him? If he has I bet it's louder then the DD16..
Say Hi (or low in Tracy's case) to Johnny and Tracy from Glenn.

  14. I'll have a look see. Rain on and off here all morning. No wets for me so haven't got out yet.

  15. Just been out for first session - need a map taped to my tank. This place is mad - almost had to stop and ask Marshalls for directions half way round LOL!

  16. Tracy will be letting you out on track, you can't miss her, he's vertically challenged but an absolute star, Johnny is her husband would probably have given the brief. Also look out for Dave ( the Mexican), he's an instructor either on a Superduke or a S1000RR, if he's there have a chat o him if you ont already know him, he's great and also from Taunton.

  17. You laugh, some guy did that at the Odium ARD day last year. Stopped, stand down, walk to marshall (a mate) asks 'which way does it go mate, left or right of these cones?'

  18. was that when I was there with Jimbers & Rattler ect.

  19. Dave, two great restaurants to sample not far from the hotel. Turn left and walk along the front past the casino hotel and there is a great italina on the left (the owner used to ride nation supersport in portugal). The other is out of the htel and turn right, around 400m along there is a great mediteranean/portugese restaranu - just at the end of the strip. Dont stop too long at lap dancing bar on the way!

  20. All Beef is good, although some were upset it wasn't a gay bar
