My opinion on the £39 billion remains the same it always has been. the agreed 28 budget finishes on the 31st dec 2020, we should pay our yearly subscription and our share of the committed budgets on areas that are covered by the 7 year cycle. If however, any of that £39 billion is being used to "grease the wheels of any future deals" then it should not be paid as we are not charging the eu any fee's to allow them to have access to our markets, even the grumbly ones up north
To be honest, for me and perhaps a few others, there was nothing to get over. Life will be pretty much the same for me, in or out. It's a difference in paperwork and not much more.
