  6. Nice 120 mile ride with no traffic early this morning, Hereford, Hay on Wye, Brecon and home.. via the burger van in Pont ar Daf for a sausage and egg roll.. and a coffee..

    Home - cleaned bike

    Front and rear wheel off - and about to load them to the car to get 2 new tyres fitted..

  10. I’ve just been in with the nurse who was asking me a series of Pre-op questions.

    One of the questions was “are you taking any growth hormones?”

    My answer was “does it look like it?” :D

  13. All done. Cut out about 2” long x 1” wide........24 stitches! No pain yet but the anaesthetic hasn’t worn off yet :eek:

  15. Signed up for the Tour de Burren 100km cycle next Saturday. Most I've ever cycled since taking it up six weeks ago is 70km. B'grand.........
