I bought from Omnia, had nowt but hassle, bought next set from Sestamarcia but when I checked recently I couldn’t get the site to load in English. They were way cheaper than anyone else
Wow - bought my marchesini's from Omnia - they took more than they estimated, but they were up front and contacted me at every point to let me know what was happening (even sent me a free polo shirt). I ordered a brembo caliper a couple of months back which turned up in 5 days, just received a Bitubo 3 way shock for the hyper today (took 7 days to arrive). Id have no issue ordering from omnia again...in fact id even say its now my shop of choice as they are cheaper than the uk....ill be ordering a rear bembo for the hyper when ive cleared my current credit card bill!! Just to add when they do send their carrier is really good and emails at every point if makes a delivery point.
Omnia lost my shipment, when it turned up they’d sent me the wrong wheels, took 2 months to get the initial package. They sent me Forged magnesium not Aluminium wheels. I did the right thing and fessed up to thier costly error, they outright didn’t believe that they’d made a mistake and asked me to prove it....I was saving them hundreds of euros and they didn’t believe me. Next purchase from them was a hydraulic clutch conversion for my Aprilia, said it came ready to fit... did it heck. First time out it shat itself, not fit for purpose. Probably not thier fault it’s Accosato but they are selling the stuff. I’d probably not deal with them again, I’m patient by nature but they pushed the boundary. Never once did they apologize for messing me about for 3 months
