Just got back home from arran, lovely place will definitely return, golf course looked amazing, weather not good until later in the day but yes very nice, bonus my customers were excellent they are doing B and B at some point so have been invited back, we liked it
Agreed it was great, but not sure it offers the course he wants, Nottingham and Loughborough next week.
Set off for BTCC at Croft and allowed two hours for a fifteen mile journey but turned back after an hour sat in traffic three miles from the circuit. Some people are still queuing now apparently !
I went out for the first time with my new neighbour who’s recently bought a BMW S1000 XR. We decided to ride across to Squires. Fuck me he was slow. I kept buggering off when we were on a decent/interesting bit of road then had to wait 5 mins till he caught me up. At Breton roundabout (great for surfing) I went round five times, there and back till he caught me up. So a ride that normally takes 45-50 mins took an hour and twenty minutes! Anyway he bought the coffee when we eventually got there so that was a result And we saw @Exige there too On the way back the heavens opened but thankfully I had the forethought to wear my waterproofs. When I got home it stopped raining after about 5 mins and the sun shone. I hosed the crud off the Diavel, dried it off and now it’s tucked away till next time. If the weather improves during the week I may wash it properly if I remember/cba.
Recovering from yesterday, but off to sunny York in a bit to price a job to Berlin start of July I really want to return to Berlin
