Good list, just forgot the DAT. Also a tonne a day for food and drink? Or are these Mercers numbers ?
Don't worry about the cost, just do it and worry about it later if need be,, can't beat a few days away with your mates, chatting shit and riding bikes
Track snax..lunch at the circuit..drinks at the bar..eve meal and drinks..poss an expensive burger at Barca..
Yes, just get in touch with the tracks directly and book on. You don’t need a middleman or someone to hold your hand!
Yeah - I'm nowhere near that on daily food and drink. But, then our mob are light/non drinkers. As others have said, just do it!
Got to agree 100% with everything Nelson has said regarding FE. I’ve been with them a few times and yeah there’s been some minor hiccups but nothing worth mentioning. I’ve had worse issues with NL but again, I’d still use them. I tend to book track time only or track time and hotel at a push as my bikes in Spain and I’ve never had an issue with that in the past.
:Cough: I dunno what you think I eat Dibs... remember I'm part of the Northern contingent headed up by PC, the king of cheap!
Pacedayz are the Rolls Royce of Euro days Very fast groups. But safe. Well organised. It’s like a big family
It still pisses down on euro gigs. World weather is now well and truly fucked up. My last gig in Almeria the weather was shite. And I’m just heading out the door to Brno and it also looks shit.... I too, like yourself, used to get frustrated with shite UK weather. But you still need luck with the weather on euro gigs.
Done Brno twice and both times it's rained (1/2 day) or looked ominous, but it dries quickly compared to the UK. The thing I like with Euro's apart from the weather is it's generally less hassle, more relaxed. Other than getting yourself sorted in a garage on the first day it's the the first day, so not like packing up and unloading 3x for the equivalent UK TD's Plus no noise limits, better run, i.e. less red flags - marshalls get bikes out of the way quickly to keep the sessions going, and if you go to a WSBK/MotoGP track you know it's going to be good hoon.
Been to Spain a few times, always had rain at night and often for one day in part or whole. Almeria & Cartagena are probably driest circuits in Europe
Yup can do. There is a German site that you can select tracks all over europe and then you can navigate to see who the organizer is for the selected date on the calendar. It is or was in German but what with modern google translate type things is is easy to find your way about. https://www.racing4fun.de/
