Looks a bit close to the incident to be honest - would have expected a yellow when your standing next to the rider - next one up should be green

 

Not really. You are past the incident. So it just means you can stay overtaking and go max pace

 

Understand what your saying but if I was a marshal standing with the rider think I’d be happier with a yellow just there
