Today; got up at 10...big plans . When I got back from my lil trip ( did I mention I've been for a lil blast?) I told the neighbors maybe we have a BBQ this weekend... I was thinking Sunday but they turns up yesterday with food n stuff. . All the stuff, as apart from the BBQ I have nothing... Well 1 plate and some bits and bobs... Great night... In my pissed up state I must have invited em to come back today... So I've got up at 10, cleaned scrambles and made some benches outta the 6x2 I stole a few months back .. Happy days , all I have to do is load tools in van now... No... First 1 lot of neighbors at 1.00 they left then more at 3.00... All done? No... I'm making dinner and another lot turn up... So no early dinner early night .. they left 30 mins back and I've only just eaten my cold dinner.... That cold that I need a bit of red to wash it down ... Gotta be up a 6am...
Working on a presentation that has to be in by 8am tomorrow. Got told about ot at mid day on Friday before leaving work. Had a day out yesterday on the HyperDooDah, which only left today to do it. Was dying to get out on the LC today, but didn't get done util 6pm
Test rode a beemer XR today. Goodness me it can go Yes a wee bit Vibey at around 5 to 6K as everyone knows , but nothing that bothered me over a 3 hour test ride. The quickshifter is absolutely sublime. Such a smooth bike , and it felt much more manageable than my Multistrada. Main reason for trying it was to sample the quickshifter due to issues with my clutch hand and arthritis. I liked it a lot and my hand was no where near as tired and sore as riding the MS. So afraid to say the Multi is going
You do know that new Multistradas also have quickshifters, just as sublime as BMW ones and just as helpful for those with sore clutch hands @HyperMac .
