Full dealer servicing may give you goodwill on an out of warranty problem but not guaranteed. Like most things there's a bit of gambling involved.
Mine's out of warranty now so can anyone recommend a good independent close to Hull? I used the main dealer in Shipley last year but it's a trek to get to from mine.
Just had my Scrambler Serviced at a different dealer as my previous one had closed Standard 1st Annual Service - bike needed nothing and was immaculately clean going in.. Labour - £123.76 - no break down of this - but the official Ducati time was 1 Hour - 12 minutes - so based on official time - that works out as £103.13 an hour including VAT. Get home to find again - its over filled and had to drain 250cc to get to Max Level and also find they did not tighter the rear brake reservoir cap - after inspecting (They recommended I change fluid (1 year old) as its black) brake fluid - meaning splashes of fluid all over the rear peg hanger. So you pay a lot of money for them to do a bad job...
