Would moaning about alcohol be more appropriate ? along the lines of smoking / vaping it's bad for you, cost the NHS etc etc
I did run my 1198 on Deisel once. Only had it about week. In my defence it was 4am, dark and about to go to France with mates. The smoke that belted out on start up was amazing.
The article on the BBC web site says that San Francisco city officials have voted to ban the sale, not the use of e-cigarettes within San Francisco city limits. Interestingly, if signed off into local law, internet based retailers outside San Francisco will be banned from supplying e-cigarettes and e-cigarette paraphernalia to a SF address. This proposed ban is subject to legal challenge which, given one of the biggest companies in the US making e-cigarettes is based in SF, is IMO, a foregone conclusion. The main thrust for the proposed ban seems to be preventing children from getting the habit, like (US) children under the age of 21 can’t drink or children under the age of 16 can’t indulge in sex or (UK) children under the age of 18 can’t buy cigarettes or alcohol or get into a cinema to watch an 18/18R film. Yea, right, that’s going to stop it dead in its tracks. If you want to smoke/vape by all means go ahead but please don’t force me to endure something that I don’t like when I’m in a public place, just like I have no interest in you choice of gender or your sexual orientation or your religion or your dietary choices. Keep it to yourself and just get on with your life, privately. Andy
SF has become a shit hole, apparently. Lefties have it ruined. Homelessness rife, serious drug issues and people shitting in the street. Vaping is probably the least of their problems.
Yeah, we gonna start enforcing people to use deoderant and anti-perspirant. Coz some people really need to use the stuff. I dont like the smell of some foods, we going to ban those? Or shall we ban loud pipes coz theyre annoying. Banning is never the answer, sometimes youve just got to shrug and go meh.
I can see myself smoking a pipe, chuffing away on the bus with my free pass, wondering why the youth are running around with purple and green hair. Can we ban facial piercings. Some have more holes in them than a string vest, which the way, can see myself wearing in a few years.

Fuck ye Bradders. We had a vegan here and frankly the shite he ate smelt like it had been scraped from my cats arsehole. Plus the fucker had such little nourishment he was continually eating crunchy nuts n stuff. He didnt last long. My wife is banned from eating smoked mackerel. She has to wait until I am out.
