Apparently the best things take time, not sure it should have taken this much time though but never mind.

 

Arrived at the hotel just across the M20 from the tunnel. Chilled pint of wife beater on the go and chatting with a group of guys off to lake Como. Mostly riding Guzzis so they are planning lots of stops Train at a sensible time tomorrow and about 250km to the hotel. Looking forward to it. Andy

Been pondering in the garage, no progress apart from thought now to order some stuff also been annoying Chad re alloy specs for the tank, it's been a long time since he last told me and I forgot

 

Thought I was doing ok actually, exhausts have been repaired and high temp powder coated, frame has been gloss powder coated, top and bottom yokes are all smoothed off and polished, even had a couple of bolts nickel plated. Also bought some new oil seals and gaskets along with sundry brackets and footpegs.
Feeling quite knackered just thinking about it all and that's before I have a go at splitting and rebuilding the crank.

Not yet because it’s too early, but later on I’m going to see work completed by a landscaper we intend to use to redesign our rear garden.

 

El,I love going to the bank and speaking with the staff & grabbing a few sweets,as i don't do online faceless interaction nonsense,if we don't use it we'll lose it,question is what will mankind be doing for work in the future.
