We've been telling your that for years wobbly dude , my sprocket however has 0.004mm runout and that will mainly be the surface finish (that's microns brw, about your height little one)
So after my disaster bending the alloy the other day for the top fairing stay I had a go at annealing it first and then bending and also a trail forming for the flat section - it worked a treat, so another length of the same alloy ordered...
I have a press tool for forming the flats stu, its not a big hammer or a vice, you need to bend the tube using the heat while your bending it.
Cheers, was going to text you earlier: would it be best to get an exhaust system to alter (I'm after a Ti System - something like the pictures below) or would it be better for you to make a spangly one from scratch? It needs to come out of the LH side of the bike The first pic looks like it already missed the oil filter cover for access... (if the headers are long enough).
Mine is currently straight and in the post heading my way - any more cheek and I'll just post stuff to you
When I had my Moto Martin with GPZ 1100B1 engine, I used a ZZR1100 front sprocket. Can't remember if it was C or D model but it was off set as a standard sprocket, don't remember the pitch, if any use to you
Sorted when you get to post 595 thanks It's a GPz Unitrack Engine which was offset by 3/8ths but I needed 5/8ths.
