It’s a trackday. Cutting people up is t something to be proud of...although some seem to be Your patient way is better
A couple from Portimao last weekend, good three days if a little on the hot side. Second time there so still getting my grove but managed to bash out some consistent 1:56's. Still work to do, but the heat was too much to push to get under the 1:55 mark. Here is a 1:56:42 (Lap 3)
Had a trip to Anglesey yesterday for a bit of sneaky testing and track learning before racing there on the 27th. Oulton was on the way up, so I managed to get in there on Thursday too Anyway, stuck my camera on for a session at each if anyone's interested : Oulton park Anglesey There's a classic bike race at Anglesey this weekend, so quite a few older bikes out in the fast group, which made for some interesting overtaking
I was at Oulton on Thursday too, weather was great! First time there so nice and steady in the inters, can't wait to go back.
Yeah, it's been a cracking couple of days of weather for riding. I'm hoping the rest of the season stays the same
Good work I was at Snetterton yesterday too Good day, with lots of BSB racers in the fast group getting some sneaky testing in I’m back there this weekend racing with NLR
I put my camera on for one of the morning sessions if you were in the same group as me Excuse the riding in the first couple of laps, as I'd forgotten to plug my warmers in and the tyres weren't exactly up to temp, so had a couple of laps to get them properly hot again
Nice one. Ready to go racing What were the other laps like? Getting a tow or on your own? I have mixed feelings about Snett
Yeah, there’s s 1:59 in that video That was the 2nd or 3rd session, and I was learning the track, so took another couple off that mid afternoon before my front sprocket nut came off and I called it s day
Making progress then! Not sure how that stands on the timing board but I assume it’s at the thin edge of the wedge
